This feature enables you to automate actions based on incoming reviews, making it easy to stay on top of your online reputation!

What’s New?

  1. Workflow Triggers: Set up workflow triggers for new Facebook and Google reviews.

  1. Smart Filters: Customise your workflow with intelligent filters based on:
  • Spam Detection: Automatically handle flagged reviews without cluttering your workflow.
  • Review Source: Use this filter to distinguish between reviews coming from Google or Facebook.
  • Review Rating: Set specific actions based on the rating, ensuring appropriate responses for every situation.

  1. Streamlined Response Process: Map review details like ratings and content to various automated actions. You can automatically send follow-up emails, request further feedback, or escalate issues without manual input!

NOTE:

This ‘Review Received’ trigger is contactless, meaning the reviews are not linked to any specific contact.

How to Get Started:

  • Head to your Workflow section and create or edit a workflow.
  • Select the “Review Received” trigger.
  • Apply filters like Spam, Source, and Rating.
  • Map your actions and save your workflow!
