What is the latest update?
- You can easily track a document’s entire history—from sent, edited, viewed, to sign—by clicking “view history” in the options menu.
- Hover over the contact icon to see the last viewed time and user actions that need to be taken.
How to use it?
To check the status of a document:
- Open the Documents and Contracts section.
- Find the dashboard and locate the specific document.
- Hover over the customer icons to see the last action time, tags, and status of all the users involved.
- To view detailed logs, click on the three dots and select “view history.”
- Detailed actions that have taken place will be displayed in a right-hand drawer.
Why did we build it?
- This will enable users to check the status of their documents on the go, without having to open the document each time.
- This will help them close the document using the information that is readily available.
Note:
The last action time in the hover modal will only be available for documents sent from now on; it will not be available for older documents.
